Sessions are photographed for approximately 20 minutes with a 10-minute buffer between appointments to keep everyone moving comfortably throughout the day.

Please arrive a few minutes early! Because sessions are scheduled back-to-back, your session must still end at its scheduled time if you arrive late. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee your session if you arrive too late to photograph within your reserved time.

When you arrive, enter through the main doors and you'll be directed to the waiting area until it's time for your session.

Your $275 session fee is due in full at booking and is what officially reserves your time.

Plans change — I get it! Cancellations made at least 7 days before your session are eligible for a refund. Because these are limited sessions and your time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations made within 7 days of November 21 are non-refundable.

If something comes up within that window, you're welcome to transfer your session to a friend or family member. Due to the limited nature of Postcard Minis, individual rescheduling to another date cannot be guaranteed.

If the session must be canceled by Sophia for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes! Dogs are welcome. 🐾

Just remember that we'll be sharing a relatively small studio and waiting area with multiple families, children, and people of all ages throughout the day. Dogs must remain leashed and under your control while inside the studio, and we ask that you be mindful and respectful of the other guests sharing the space.

If your pup needs a little extra space or isn't comfortable around unfamiliar people, children, or other dogs, this particular mini-session environment may not be the best fit.

Metered street parking is available along Market Street and St. Helens Avenue and is generally easy to find near the studio.

For easier metered parking payment and management, you can download the Flowbird app. There is also a paid parking lot nearby.

I recommend planning to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session so you have plenty of time to park, get settled, and be ready when your session begins.

Postcard Minis are meant to be easy, relaxed + fun. Twenty minutes goes surprisingly far! Come ready, don't overthink it, and I'll take care of the rest.
